Implementation

We know that setting up new software can be a daunting task. That’s why our teams of experts will be by your side the whole way as RICCOM is implemented within your business.

We will help you to:

  • Set up certifications
  • Create your online portal and ensuring it is branded appropriately
  • Analyse your existing data and if feasible, import it into your portal
  • Support you in setting up RICCOM on all your mobile devices.

Hardware

When it comes to hardware we know everyone has a preference, so that’s why we let you decide what you would prefer.

We have the ability to either supply you directly with all the necessary hardware or you have the option to provide your own.

If you decide you would rather that we provided the hardware, we can provide you with specialist ruggedised hardware including laptops and tablets. All hardware provided directly by us will have a 3-year accidental damage warranty.

Support

Once the implementation and setup is complete we will begin by training your key members of staff on the online portal and tablet and laptop software.

Our team of trained experts are on hand to assist you if you run into issues whilst operating the software. You will have access to our support portal which runs on a ticket system.
