Can we use our own logo?

Yes of course. The site and all the certificates and reports can be branded with you company logo.

Can we use our corporate colour scheme?

Riccom is comes as default with our Riccom colour scheme. There are several colour schemes that you can choose for your site. If you require further customisation, this is a service we can provide.

Can I install the software in our own data centre?

No, Riccom is only available as a 'Software As A Service' solution. As part of your contract we manage all of the required infrastruture for your solution.

Can I use our own domain name?

Yes, by default your site will be hosted at companyname.riccom.online. We can host the site on your own domain name, however, you will need to provide the SSL certificate for the domain name, or we can purchase one for you at an additional cost.

Do users need an internet connection to use the tablet software?

No, the software works completely offline while performing inspections and recording results. An internet connection is required in order to upload the results to the server.

Do I need a specific app to read the QR Codes?

No specific Riccom app is needed to read the QR Code. Newer smartphones will read the QR Code using their standard camera app. Older smartphones may require a generic QR Code reader app to be installed.

Can my customers view their certificates?

Yes, this is the reason Riccom was created. You can create unlimited user accounts for your customers to have online access to their certification.
